If you’re travelling or spending time away from home, my full house-sitter service offers unbeatable reassurance. Your property isn’t just checked—it’s continually cared for, creating the natural activity and lived-in presence that greatly deters unwelcome attention.
What’s Included:
- In-residence presence for the duration of your booking
- Opening and closing curtains or blinds, etc, showing your home is occupied
- Collecting and managing all post, parcels, and deliveries so nothing is left outside
- Moving bins in/out for scheduled collections
- Taking care of indoor plants and general cleaning as agreed
- Regular security walkarounds to inspect all entry points, windows, and alarms
- Running taps, flushing toilets, and checking heating or frost protection (especially important in cold weather)
- Responding to emergencies such as leaks, power cuts, or security concerns – according to your instructions
- Keeping the property tidy, ventilated, and welcoming for your return
- Updates via WhatsApp to reassure you
With a real presence in your home, lights being used, bins and post handled, and someone coming and going, your property always looks genuinely lived-in—hugely reducing the risk of opportunistic crime and ensuring everything is looked after as you would wish.
All keys and access details are managed with strict security and returned promptly when you return.

Drop-In Home Guardian Package £18 per visit
Quick, reliable care for your property—without pets
Need reassurance while you’re away, but don’t require a full house sitter? Property and Pet Care Drop-In Home Guardian service provides a swift, attentive check to help keep your home safe, maintained, and looking well cared for.
What’s Included:
- Collecting post, parcels, and deliveries
- Moving bins in/out for collection as appropriate
- Visual inspection of all external doors and windows for security
- Running taps and flushing toilets (to prevent water issues, especially in winter)
- Checking heating or frost protection settings during cold weather
- Quick walk-through to check for any leaks, power cuts, or odd smells (such as gas/oil)
- Watering houseplants (as agreed)
- Prompt update summary after each visit via WhatsApp
Visits last up to 15 minutes and are tailored to your property’s needs. All keys and access codes are held and returned securely.
