About Me
Hello! I’m Helen Lord, and I provide property and pet care with a personal touch. My journey began by helping out friends—looking after their homes and animals made me realise just how much peace of mind it brings when someone you trust is in charge.
Growing up, our house was full of pets—a dog, a couple of cats, budgies, guinea pigs, and gerbils. Safe to say, I’ve always been part of a pet-loving family! That childhood taught me how each pet has their own quirks and needs, and how important it is to make them feel comfortable and loved, especially when their people are away.
Outside of work, I’m a keen landscape photographer and am often out exploring new areas—one of the joys of my job is the chance to meet new pets and discover peaceful corners of the countryside.
My approach is calm, mature, adaptable, and caring. Whether it’s your home or your pets, I do my best to care for them just as you would. Clients often tell me they feel completely safe knowing I’m looking after things, and that trust means the world to me.
What makes me happiest? Peaceful surroundings, warm weather, and, of course, the sight of happy dogs!
